The MS9000 product is a single axis MEMS capacitive accelerometer based on a bulk micro-machined silicon element specifically designed for high stability, a low power ASIC for signal conditioning, a micro-controller for storage of compensation values and a temperature sensor.

Precision Navigation and Pointing Gyroscope
PinPoint® is available in several configurations; a) CRM100 which measures angular velocity about an axis perpendicular to the plane of the host PCBA, referred to as ‘in-plane’ sensing, b) CRM200 which measures angular velocity about an axis which is parallel to the plane of the host PCBA, referred to as ‘orthogonal’ sensing c) CRM120 which measures angular velocity about an axis 20º off the perpendicular for applications where the host PCBA is a 20º an inclined angle. This datasheet relates to part number CRM100.

The MMC226xMT is a 2-axis magnetic sensor, it is a complete sensing system with on-chip signal processing and integrated I2C bus, allowing the device to be connected directly to a microprocessor eliminating the need for A/D converters or timing resources. It can measure magnetic field with a full range of ±6 gausses.
Smart Dust Sensors
SM-PWM-01C is a dust sensor that detects the dust particle concentration in air by using optical sensing method. An infrared light emitting diode (IR LED) and a photo-sensor are optically arranged in the device. The photo-sensor detects the reflected IR LED light by dust particles in air.
The SMART Dust Sensor can detect the small particle like cigarette smoke and it can distinguish small particles like smoke from large house dust by pulse pattern of signal output.
Quadrature speed and direction sensor
The SNDH-T Series is a dual differential hall sensor that provides speed and direction information using a quadrature output with signals 90 degree phase shifted from each other. Target direction is determined by output lead/lag phase shifting.
Thermometrics IR Sensor
This thermopile sensor is used for non-contact surface temperature measuring. The ZTP-135SR model consists of thermo-elements, flat IR filter, a thermistor for temperature compensation in a hermetically-sealed TO-41 package. There is also a variety of filters available to help maximize performance in specific applications.
